      John “Joe” Leo Dailey
            Mr. Dailey, 91, of Freehold, died Dec. 10, 2009, while visiting his daughter and son-in-law in Silver Spring, Md. During World War II, he served for nearly five years in the Army. Before and after the war, he worked at Karagheusian Rug Mill in Freehold. Mr. Dailey became a purchasing agent for several electronics companies in the area, retiring in 1985 from PerkinElmer.

      Janet Cicchetti
            Miss Janet Cicchetti, 51, of Manalapan, died Dec. 14, 2009, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she moved to Manalapan in 2001 to be close to her family. Surviving are her children, Nicole, Daniel and Thomas Cicchetti, all of Manalapan; and three sisters, Doris Hughes, Linda Falcone-Epstein and Diane Julius.

            Mr. Mazzara, 20, of Freehold Township, died Dec. 12, 2009, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Raised in Manalapan, he moved to Freehold Township in 1995. until moving to Freehold Twp. in 1995. Mr. Mazzara was a laborer for Local #731 in New York City.

      Bertha “Babe” Baronofsky
            Mrs. Baronofsky, 97, of Freehold Township, died Dec. 12, 2009, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Her husband, John J. Baronofsky, died in 2005. Surviving are a daughter, Joan J. Boyle; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Helen Budris and Stephan Babichuk. Private funeral services were held under the direction of the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold.

      Stephen E. Cottrell
            U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Stephen E. Cottrell, 25, of Browns Mills, died Dec. 15, 2009, in Burlington County. Born in Long Branch, he had lived in Howell, Manasquan, and Port Richey, Fla., before assignment to Joint Base McGuire- Dix-Lakehurst in February 2009. Sgt. Cottrell had served as a special police officer for Freehold Township. He enlisted in the U.S.

            Mr. Yockel, 56, of Freehold, died Dec. 15, 2009. He was a stationary engineer and held a Black Seal license. He was U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Mr. Yockel was predeceased by his parents, Frederick T. and Catherine Lane Yockel; and a brother, Frederick M. Yockel.

      John J. Daugila
            Mr. Daugila, 90, a resident of Freehold for 59 years, died Dec. 21, 2009, at home. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Freehold Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 4374. After the war Mr. Daugila worked for Wurlitzer fixing juke boxes. He then found his career as an electrical engineer at Camp Evans Fort Monmouth, retiring in 1980.

      Robert Droutman
            Mr. Droutman, 68, a resident of Manalapan since 1990, died Dec. 14, 2009. He owned and operated Embassy Motors in Bayonne until moving to Manalapan when he and a partner started Accurate Auto Body in Freehold. Mr. Droutman was an infantry sergeant in the New Jersey National Guard. He was a member of Peninsula Lodge No. 99 Free & Accepted Masons and a member of Jewish War Veterans Post No.

            Mr. Limaldi, 68, of Howell, died Dec. 20, 2009, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. He had lived in Roselle before moving to Howell three years ago. Before his retirement five years ago, Mr. Limaldi was a postal clerk for the U.S. Postal Service in Madison. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Vietnam War. Mr. Limaldi is survived by his wife, Lorraine; a son, Anthony M.

            Mrs. Weber, 87, of Silvermead, Freehold Township, died Dec. 20, 2009, at home. She was an active member in the First Presbyterian Church of Freehold for 45 years, serving as deacon, elder and circle leader. Mrs. Weber volunteered for Open Door food pantry and CentraState Medical Center, Church World Service and Covenhoven House.

      Henry Monday
            Mr. Monday, 89, of East Brunswick, died Dec. 21, 2009, at Sunrise Assisted Living, East Brunswick. He was a graduate of the Stern School of Business at New York University, N.Y., and worked as a controller at Con-Lux Coatings, Edison, for many years. Mr. Monday served in the U.S. Army Air Corp. during World War II. He was a long-time volunteer at Saint Peters Hospital, New Brunswick.

      Manya Borden
            Mrs. Borden, 77, formerly of Freehold Township, died Dec. 28, 2009, at Martin Memorial Hospital South in Stuart, Fla. She worked at the Parkway Diner in Lakewood and then for Dr. Ruth’s Chiropractic Office in Red Bank for many years. In 2001, Mrs. Borden and her husband, Herbert, retired and moved to Hobe Sound, Fla., where they spent their remaining years.

      Beatrice T. Wotton
            Mrs. Wotton, 90, of Lakewood and formerly of Howell, died Dec. 25, 2009, at The Leisure Chateau, Lakewood. She retired as a bookkeeper for Frank Muth Builders, Long Beach Island, in 1989. Prior to that, Mrs. Wotton worked for Allen Lunden Advertising, Caldwell. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas G. Wotton; and a sister, Edith Wotton.
