      Miss Shwahla, 87, a lifelong resident of Howell, died Nov. 18, 2009, at home. She retired as a traffic manager at Naval Weapons Station Earle in 1974. Along with her family, she coowned and operated the Shwahla Blueberry Farm. Miss Shwahla was predeceased by a brother, Steve Shwahla.
