      ERIC SUCAR staff Pupils at the St. Rose of Lima School, Freehold Borough, participated in a "Day of Giving Thanks" program on Nov. 25. The youngsters sang songs of thanks and presented certificates of appreciation to people they called "everyday heroes," those individuals who help them on a daily basis.       The Manalapan Planning Board got a refresher course in a plan for The Village at Manalapan retail and commercial center at a recent meeting.
