      Carnegie Hall, New York City, hosted a concert recently that featured performances by 32 top young musicians. Presented by the National Music Certificate Program, the concert celebrated the accomplishments of Certificate of Excellence winners in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

The performance, "Champagne Pops!," will include a mix of classic favorites, from Rossini overtures to Strauss waltzes.
