FREEHOLD — The borough lost one if its most precious resources last week — Robert Lloyd Coutts Jr. Coutts, 87, was one of the founding members of Freehold Beautiful Inc. and a part of just about everything that took place in Freehold Borough's downtown for more than 30 years.
