Hospital auxiliary slates trip to A.C.
      The CentraState Medical Center Auxiliary will host a Christmas day trip to the Trump Marina Hotel in Atlantic City on Dec. 25. The cost of $30 includes $25 back in cash plus $5 for food. No one under age 21 will be allowed on the trip. Checks must be made out to the CentraState Hospital Auxiliary and are payable in advance. Refunds are available up to Dec. 13.

Libraries will host charity book drive
      The Monmouth County Library will launch its annual Books for Kids book donation drive on Nov. 1. Books for preschoolers through age 14 will be accepted through Dec. 1 at any county library branch. The books will be distributed to local charities and community agencies that serve children with limited access to books.

Moms of Multiples to hold holiday mart
      A Holiday Marketplace to benefit the Mid-Jersey Mothers of Multiples (MJMOMS) will be held 6-10 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Park Avenue Bistro, 618 Park Ave., Freehold. MJMOMS is a nonprofit that provides support to mothers of twins, triplets and higher-order multiples. Items for sale will include custom clothing, handbags, toys and other items.

Host homes sought for Russian ballerinas
      The Moscow Classical Ballet will be returning to Algonquin Arts in Manasquan in November to perform "The Nutcracker" on Nov. 27 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 28 at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Host families are needed to share their time and their homes with the professional Russian dancers from this troupe.
