FREEHOLD – The Freehold Volunteer Fair, which was postponed due to poor weather on Oct. 18 and rescheduled for Oct. 24, has been postponed once more.

Organizers said on Oct. 22 that the threat of inclement weather on Oct. 24 has caused them to cancel the outdoor event.

The Freehold Volunteer Fair had been scheduled to take place in the Monmouth County Hall of Records parking lot on East Main Street.

The goal of the fair was to introduce Freehold Borough residents to the boards, agencies and organizations that rely on volunteers and are always seeking assistance from members of the public.
