Thanks to those who reached out after tragedy
Although the lights in the house at 64 Court St. in Freehold Borough are out and the innocent laughter has been silenced, it is still a home that we miss very much. Even in its irreparable state, our perception of home is even more apparent.

      Volunteers, employee helped beautify town
Recently while in Freehold Borough, I enjoyed the beautiful flowers in the huge planters on Throckmorton, Court and Main streets planted by Jayne Carr and her volunteers in the spring.

Police department has made strides under Chief Roth
As always, Freehold Borough Mayor Michael Wilson speaks before he thinks. Regarding the tickets, most of the tickets were given out before this year, and yes, before Police Chief Mitch Roth took over, there was, I feel, a great bias of the Freehold Borough Police Department against not only the Latinos in our community, but also the Afro-Americans.
