      It appears that Manalapan municipal officials and attorney Stuart Moskovitz will be tangled up in legal matters for some time to come.       MARLBORO — After some tense negotiations between the two sides, a contract agreement has finally been reached between the township's representatives and Marlboro's blue collar employees. The Marlboro Township Council voted 4- 0 on Oct. 1 to approve the contract between Marlboro and the Communications Workers of America (CWA) Local 1034. More...


      Marlboro Township will be host its second annual "Marlboro Multicultural Day" Nov. 15, at the Marlboro High School from 12:30 to 4 p.m. There will be cultural exhibits, food and entertainment.       The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has banned the sale of all cigarettes containing candy, fruit and other flavorings except menthol as of Sept. 22, 2009.
