      HOWELL — Following a last-ditch flurry of questions and comments from residents, the Township Council unanimously approved a lease agreement with the Howell K-8 School District Board of Education that will allow municipal offices to be moved from the current municipal complex on Preventorium Road to the Southard School on Kent Road.
