Earth Day puppet show slated at library

Earth Day with "Magic Pots & Recycled Bottles," a puppet show presented by Kathleen Jacobs, will be presented from 2 to 2:45 p.m. April 16 at the Monmouth County Library Headquarters Library, 125 Symmes Drive, Manalapan. Puppets made from familiar household items will be featured in three comical folktales from around the world. "The Goat in the Chile Patch," from South America; "The Magic Porridge Pot," from Europe and "Two of Everything," from Asia will be presented. These puppet tales with an ecological twist are geared for families with children ages four years and older. Admission is free and no reservations are required. Details: 732-431-7226.
