Grants available for local high schools

Freehold Soil Conservation District is providing grants to high schools in Middlesex and Monmouth County that participate in the New Jersey Envirothon; a dynamic natural resources problem-solving competition for high school students. The New Jersey Envirothon is scheduled to take place May 9 at Montclair State University School of Conservation in Montclair. The grants of $100 will be awarded to six schools that are first time Envirothon participants.
