Mrs. Goldsmith was born in Ridgefield Park, NJ, and had lived in Edison, NJ, before moving to Farmingdale 16 ½ years ago. She was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church, Matawan, NJ. She enjoyed weekly bridge games with the Blue-Haired Bridge Club. She was a Vice President of GBI Inc., Farmingdale, NJ.

She was predeceased by husband, Frederick S. Goldsmith, in 2007, a grandson, Reed Goldsmith, in 2006, a brother, Thomas Peake, and a Sister-In-Law, Edith Barber. She is survived by 4 Sons & 3 Spouses: Thomas & Debra Goldsmith of Farmingdale, NJ, Randall Goldsmith of Farmingdale, NJ, Michael & Nancy Goldsmith of Farmingdale, NJ, Ronald & Judi Goldsmith of Farmingdale, NJ, 1 Daughter: Cathy Goldsmith of Farmingdale, NJ, 11 Grandchildren: Reed, Mallory, Wesley, Ali, Lindsay, Rachel, Bridget, Kelly, Tyler, Megan & Molly, 1 Sister: Janet Beck of Woodbridge, NJ, 4 Nieces & Nephews and her Faithful Canine Companion: Petey.

Service Information: Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Twp., NJ, will be held on Monday, February 16, 2009, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Friends and relatives are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 10:00 AM on Tuesday at the funeral home with Deacon Terry Suruda officiating. Interment will be private.
