Mr. Horton, 93, who lived most of his life in Freehold, died Nov. 1, 2008, at The Manor, Freehold. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1942 to 1945, and was the manager of Kehs' Liquor Store for over 40 years. His wife, Carol (Mount) Horton, died in 2007; and a sister, Monica Thomas Nazario, in 1990.
