FREEHOLD — An Aug. 28 structural fire at the Monmouth Pines apartment complex, Monmouth Avenue, resulted in the temporary relocation of 28 Freehold Borough residents. MARLBORO — A multitude of activities will be available for residents and their dogs at the grand opening of Marlboro's off-leash dog park on Sept. 13.
