The Freehold Regional High School District Board of Education has introduced a policy that will, if enacted upon final reading, prohibit students from keeping cell phones on their person during the academic day.

Mad Science program offered in Manalapan
      The Manalapan Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a "Mad Science" program. The program is open to resident children only. Two camps are being offered, Aug. 18-22 (Survival, Predators and Prey) and Aug. 25-29 (Space, A Final Frontier). Classes are open to resident children entering grades two through six this fall. Classes are held from 9 a.m. to noon.

The network is seeking the most disastrous cooks in the country to participate in a culinary competition show.
