      Former Hollies member to perform in Marlboro
            The Monmouth Academy of Musical Arts (MAMA) will present its second "living room" concert for 2008. The concert, which is open to the public, will be held at 8 p.m. July 11 and will feature Terry Sylvester, formerly of the Hollies.

      Fix-It offers free repairs and chores to seniors
            The Fix-It program, a program of Catholic Charities Diocese of Trenton, funded by a grant through the Ocean County Office of Senior Services, provides minor home repair and chore services to senior citizens in Ocean County. The minor home repairs include minor plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry and seasonal chore services.

      'High School Musical' will help CentraState grow
            CentraState Healthcare Foundation and Phoenix Productions will present "Disney's High School Musical on Stage" at 2 p.m. June 21 at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank. Tickets are $40 and proceeds will support CentraState's Pediatric Department and Student Health Awareness Center. Twenty-five dollars of the ticket price is tax deductible.

      Italian-American Club conducts charity raffle
            The Central Jersey Italian-American Club is running a 50/50 raffle to benefit all of the charitable programs offered from the club.Only 200 ticketswill be sold at a cost of $100 each.
