      William P. Fabel
            Mr. Fabel, of Howell, died April 16, 2008. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2008, at the Bay Head Chapel Manse, 442 Main Ave., Bay Head.       Albert Pikowski
            Mr. Pikowski, 90, of Freehold, diedApril 16, 2008, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He lived in Freehold and Englishtown before moving to The Villages, Howell, in 1986. Mr. Pikowski was a long-boom operator with the Operating Engineers Local 825 in Springfield, retiring in 1982.

      Samuel Curlis Gravatt
            Mr. Gravatt, 81, a resident of Millstone since 1932, died April 18, 2008, at home. He was a construction superintendent and heavy equipment operator before his retirement. Mr. Gravatt was also a bus driver for the Millstone Township schools. Surviving are his wife, Helen Globis Gravatt; a son, Gary B.

      Annie Lee Fitzpatrick
            Mrs. Fitzpatrick, 87, a resident of Englishtown since 1952, died April 24, 2008, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township, after a brief illness. She was a dietician at Marlboro State Psychiatric Hospital for more than 30 years. Mrs. Fitzpatrick was predeceased by her husband, Needham Fitzpatrick, and a daughter, Frances (Bea) Delores Fitzpatrick.

            Mr. Blevins, 65, of Freehold Township, died April 22, 2008, in Freehold.After serving in the U.S.Army from 1963 to 1966 he was a National Hot Rod Association Modified class racer, winning a 1972 U.S. National title and World Finals championship, divisional championships and national records.

            Mrs. Mandell-Vermeal of Manalapan died April 21, 2008. She was predeceased by her father, SebastianMandell. Surviving are her husband, Anthony; her mother, Connie Mandell of Scotch Plains; a sister and brother-in-law, Rhonda and Mark Prosetti of Manalapan; a brother, JosephMandell of Scotch Plains; and a nephew and niece, Michael and Alexandra Prosetti.

            Mrs. Iorio, 85, of New Port Richey, Fla., and formerly of Freehold, died April 24, 2008, at home. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward J. Iorio. Mrs. Iorio is survived by two daughters, Jean Perone and Rita Puleo, both of Florida; and two grandchildren.

            Miss Gotz, 21, of Howell, died March 25, 2008, at home. She was a chiropractic assistant for Dr. Renay M. Friedman, Freehold for the past three years.Miss Gotz had a talent for promoting new and up-and-coming musical performers such as the Jonas Brothers. She was predeceased by her mother, Karen, in 2003, and her "pop-pop.

            Mrs. Smith, 73, of the Morganville section ofMarlboro, diedApril 17, 2008, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She had previously lived in Spotswood, where she was an assembly line worker for Grief Brothers until retiring in 1976. Mrs. Smith was predeceased by her sisters, Patricia Kraley and Mildred Welsh.
