Marlboro school budget checks in at $82 million

      MARLBORO - The Marlboro K-8 School District Board of Education has adopted a tentative total budget of $82,882,102 for the 2008-09 school year. A public hearing on the budget will be held on March 17 at which time the board is expected to adopt the final budget.

Englishtown residents will see small increase in K-8 school tax bill

      ENGLISHTOWN - The Manalapan- Englishtown Regional School District Board of Education has introduced a tentative budget of $75 million for the 2008-09 school year. The budget projects a small decrease in the tax rate for Manalapan property owners and a small increase in the tax rate for Englishtown property owners.
