      Barbara Heaney
            Mrs. Heaney, 81, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, died Feb. 17, 2008, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was a retired nurses' aide at Kings Highway Hospital, and Bethany Nursing Home, both in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was predeceased by her husband, William J. in 1990; and two sons, Patrick and Michael.

            Mr. Janelli, 87, of Hazlet, died Feb. 19, 2008, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. He was a dry wall installer for more than 30 years. He was predeceased by his wife, June R. Janelli in 1996.

            Mrs. West, 81, of Fair Haven, died Feb. 21, 20087, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was a retired employee of Yonkers (N.Y.) health Department. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard P.West Sr.; a daughter, DianeMary; and a son-in-law, William Devereaux. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Richard. P. and Diane "Dee" West Jr.

      Paul Edward Peters
            Mr. Peters, 58, of Farmingdale, died Feb. 12 in Philadelphia. He retired in 2001 as battalion chief from the Union City Fire Department, where he served for 25 years. Mr. Peters was a graduate of Castleton State College, Castleton, Vt. He is survived by his wife, Colleen; and children and stepchildren, Rose, Edgar, Dmitri, Felix, Agnes and Owen.

      Bernard A. Ward
            Mr. Ward, 92, of Freehold, died Feb. 13, 2008, at Care One at Wall, Wall. Born in Jersey City, he lived most of his life in Fanwood before moving to Freehold in 1990. Mr. Ward was a longshoreman for Maersk Line at its Jersey City and Newark docks from 1938 until his retirement in 1990. He was predeceased by his wife, Hilde, in 2004.

            Mr. Albergo, 75, of Freehold Township, died Feb. 13, at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold. Born in Brooklyn, he lived in Freehold for the past 36 years. He was an auditor in the banking industry in Manhattan, retiring from Bank Leumi in 1996. He was a communicant of St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church in Marlboro.

            Mrs. Miller-Gresham, of Warrenton, N.C, formerly of Freehold, died Feb. 14 at Maria Parham Medical Center, Henderson, N.C. Raised in Florida, she moved to New Jersey in 1940, residing in Freehold before moving to Warrenton. She leaves behind four children, Bertha Mae Allen, Warrenton, N.C.

            Mr. Tabacsko, 78, of Freehold Township, died Feb. 14, at home. He was born in South Amboy and lived in Freehold all his life. He was an aircraft inspector for the Lakehurst Naval Air Station before his retirement in 1983. He was predeceased by a sister, Mary Grasberger. Surviving are his wife, Jacqueline; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael J. and Meg Tabacsko, Nashua, N.H.

            Mr. Palladino, 91, of Greenbriar at Marlboro, passed away Feb. 16, at Fellowship Village, Basking Ridge, after a lengthy illness. Mr. Palladino was born in Newark, and had lived in Marlboro since 1985. He began his career at Lerner Stores Inc., New York City, in 1936 as an assistant accounting clerk, retiring from it in 1981 as vice chairman of its board. Mr.

            Mr. Capatasto, 78, of Howell Township, died Feb. 18 at home. He was born in Brooklyn and lived there until moving to Howell six years ago. Mr. Capatasto had been a doorman and elevator operator for Local 32B-J at Olympic Towers in Manhattan.

            Mrs. Colagreco, 76, of Manalapan, died Feb. 18 at home. She was born in Jersey City and had lived in Manalapan for 45 years. Mrs. Colagreco was executive assistant to the vice provost for student affairs at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Joseph A.; a son and his life partner, Joseph P. Colagreco and David J.

            Mrs. Miller, 93, of the Villages in Howell Township, died Feb. 19 at home. Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Staten Island for 60 years before moving to Howell 16 years ago. Her husband, Lewis M., died in 1989. She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Lewis R. and Rosemary of Lexington, Ky., and Brett S. and Michele of Freehold; and seven grandchildren.

He is survived by a brother-inlaw, a sister-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
