Donorschoose.org is helping to make many teachers more productive in the classroom.Among those teachers is Tracey Corsano, a fifth-grade teacher at Freehold Borough's Park Avenue Elementary School.

School project promotes peace one pin at a time

      MARLBORO - Symbols of peace may come in various shapes and sizes, but the general meaning stays the same among those who are promoting it. A class of seventh grade students at the Marlboro Memorial Middle School, Nolan Road, has developed their own peace symbol - an 11-foot long chain of bobby pins.

School times stay the same for 2008-09
      FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP - School times in the Freehold Township K-8 School District will remain the same for the coming academic year. Following the recommendations of a committee that examined the issue, Superintendent of Schools William Setaro recommended to the Board of Education on Feb. 12 that school times remain the same for the 2008-09 school year.
