      Marlboro will host parade for Chinese New Year
            Marlboro Township will host a parade on March 8 to honor the Chinese New Year. The parade will be held from 2-3 p.m. starting at the Marlboro Mall shopping center at Route 79 and School RoadWest and proceed along Route 79 north to Marlboro High School.

      Bank expected to be built on Rt. 9 corner
            FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP - At their Jan. 29 meeting, the members of the Township Committee passed a resolution authorizing the execution of a developer's agreement for the Valley National Bank site plan. The Planning Board granted final approval for the bank in September.
