Officials have made a consistent effort to improve Freehold Borough

We heartily endorse the comments made by Mayor Michael Wilson at his inauguration on Jan. 6, 2008, that Freehold Borough is "worth fighting for."

Also, it is not surprising that Mayor Wilson has been recognized for his leadership for 23 years as mayor.

The leaders of Freehold Borough have earned the right to be proud of their consistent efforts to continue the "renaissance" of Freehold.

As a co-founder of Freehold Beautiful Inc. in 1981, we understand the great need to continuously enhance the environment of Monmouth County's downtown and represent the citizens who live in town. Certainly there are still many issues that must be faced for the future.

As a local business headquartered in Freehold Borough, we will continue our pledge to support the efforts to enhance the quality of life.
