            Mr. Villa, 78, of Forked River, died Nov. 11, 2007, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Hoboken, he resided in Jersey City and Hazlet, prior to relocating to Forked River 15 years ago. He was a systems tester at Western Electric, Kearny. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Barnegat.

            Mrs. Martishewski, 76, of Old Bridge, died Oct. 19, 2007, in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. Prior to her retirement in 1996, she was employed with ITT Continental Baking, East Brunswick. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Martishewski.

      Gertrude Schechter
            Mrs. Schechter, 86, of Monroe, died Nov. 1, 2007, in University Medical Center at Princeton. Her husband, Abraham, died in 1986. Surviving are three children, Steven of Tennessee, Susan of Florida and Jodi Schechter, and her husband, Scott Denenberg, of Manalapan; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

      Halina Wisniewski
            Mrs. Wisniewski, 81, of South River, died Nov. 13, 2007, in Care One at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy division. Prior to her retirement in 1989, she was employed by Herman Miller Co., Dayton section of South Brunswick, where she worked for five years. Her husband, Ferdinand Wisniewski, died in 1974, and a son, George Wisniewski, died in 2001.

He was born in Long Branch and was a lifelong resident of Howell. Mr. Kirk was part of the first graduating class of St. Veronica Catholic School, Howell, in 1971.

Mrs. Rhoads was a machine operator at the Peter J. Schweitzer division of Kimberly- Clark Corp.

She worked with the rationing board in Matawan during World War II. She was a communicant of St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church, Matawan. She enjoyed Atlantic City, and cooking.
