      On July 29 the Monmouth County Fair ended on a wet note when a summer rain storm forced an early closing on its fifth and final day at the East Freehold Park showgrounds in Freehold Township.       Anne Grinkevich Rose Ms. Rose, 73, of Howell, died Aug. 1, 2007, at home. Born in Elizabeth, she was a longtime resident of Marlboro and Freehold before moving to The Villages, Howell.
