      Breeders' Cup coming to Monmouth Park in Oct.

      State Supreme Court Justice Barry Albin recently spoke with students in the Freehold Regional High School District Law and Public Service Learning Center at Colts Neck High School to discuss the importance of the law.       MARLBORO - The first candidates to announce their intention to run for the offices of mayor and Township Council this year have come forward.       On March 22, a Monmouth County jury convicted Nicholas Cipriano, 56, of Howell, of the crimes of second-degree robbery and third degree terroristic threats in connection with a 2005 Freehold Township bank robbery.
