      Township needs control over agencies
           Alleged inherent powers of the Bush administration appear to have been nurtured into a political metaphor for the egos of the Marlboro water and sewer authorities. One could only wonder if Washington's growing arrogance has somehow miraculously morphed inherent powers for these Marlboro agencies. Ha
