Jaclyn Bartlett, daughter of Debbie and George Bartlett of Manalapan, has graduated from Monmouth University, West Long Branch, with a bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, majoring in education and communication.

Jessica Cicchino of Freehold received honorable mention recognition from the National Science Foundation for her work in the graduate program at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh. The National Science Foundation recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines who are pursuing research-based master's and doctor's degrees.

Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Mass., awarded degrees to the following graduates from the local area:

Jonathan Maier of Englishtown, magna cum laude, bachelor of arts degree, political science major;

Matthew Shinners of Freehold, cum laude, bachelor of science degree, biochemistry major.

Karen Maciolek, cum laude, bachelor of science degree, marketing major; and Linda Sabatello, cum laude, bachelor of arts degree, communication and political science major. Both are residents of Howell.

Laura Little of Manalapan, summa cum laude, bachelor of science degree, biology major; and

Stephen Coppola of Marlboro, bachelor of science degree, accounting major.

Jennifer Kelly, daughter of Donna and Michael Kelly of Freehold, has received a bachelor of science degree in elementary and special education from Monmouth University, West Long Branch. She also was named to the dean's list for the spring semester.

Jared Stipelman, son of Michele and Charles Stipelman of Manalapan, was named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Hamilton College, Clinton, N.Y. A graduate of Freehold Township High School, he is a rising junior majoring in anthropology.

Lindsay Sorin, daughter of Randi and David Sorin of Marlboro, was named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Hamilton College, Clinton, N.Y. A rising senior majoring in government, she is a graduate of Marlboro High School.

Anthony Caputo of Manalapan has graduated from Wagner College, Staten Island, N.Y.

Lauren Anselowitz, daughter of Linda and Stan Anselowitz of Freehold Township, has graduated with dual degrees. She received her juris doctor from Seton Hall School of Law, Newark, and a master's degree in diplomacy and international relations from Seton Hall University. She is a 1996 graduate of Freehold High School, Freehold Bor-ough, and a 2000 graduate of North Carolina State University, Raleigh, N.C.

Lindsay Miksiewicz of Freehold has graduated from College Misericordia, Dallas, Pa., with a bachelor of science degree in sport management.

Rachel Truhan of Howell has been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa national honor society at the University of Dela-ware, Newark, Del.

Eric M. Spargimino of Freehold has graduated from Manhattan College, Riverdale, N.Y., with a bachelor's degree.
