The Strand Youth Community Theater will hold auditions for its August production of “Cinderella,” July 6-7 at 7 p.m. at the Strand Theater, 400 Clifton Ave., Lakewood. The Yardley Players, West Windsor, will hold auditions for “Cheaper by the Dozen,” July 8 at 7:30 p.m. and July 9 at 2 p.m., at Mercer County College’s West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road, in the Kelsey Theatre. Those auditioning must be at least 7 years of age. Actors will be asked to perform cold readings from the script. A résumé and photo are requested. The cast includes two males ages 45-55; two females ages 40-50; one female age 35-plus; six males ages 12-17; and five females ages 7-17. No appointment is necessary.
