‘Talking Stones’ tour of cemetery set for Oct. 25

The Monmouth County Historical Association will sponsor a walking tour of Old Tennent Cemetery Oct. 25 at 1 p.m.

The tour will be led by the Rev. Hugh MacKenzie, pastor of Old Tennent Church and an authority on the history and significance of cemeteries. Refreshments will be served after the one-hour tour, which is titled "Talking Stones."

Admission is $10, and reservations are required. In case of inclement weather, the rain date is Nov. 1. For reservations, call MCHA at (732) 462-1466.
