     JERRY WOLKOWITZ Marlboro police officers investigate the scene of a one-vehicle accident on Beacon Hill Road, Saturday morning. Three people were injured in the crash. The truck is owned by Freehold Cartage Inc., Freehold Township. Police said the driver, James A. Alano of Brooklyn, N.Y., was thrown through the windshield as a result of the impact. All three occupants of the truck were transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune.
