Open house slated for FRHSD learning centers

The Freehold Regional High School District will hold an open house for its specialized learning centers.

The programs for gifted students residing in the district will be introduced by the learning centers’ directors from 7-9 p.m. Oct. 17 at Freehold Township High School, Elton-Adelphia Road. The centers’ programs in business administration, humanities, international studies, medical sciences, and science and engineering are available to eighth-grade students by application. Programs in fine and performing arts (acting and dancing) are available as two- or three-year programs, while video production and writing are available to students in 10th grade as two-year programs.
