MADELINE AMPLO, 88, of Howell, died June 9 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Manhattan, she had resided in Brooklyn, N.Y., for 58 years before moving to Howell two years ago. Mrs. Amplo had been a seamstress in Brooklyn before her retirement. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank, and a son, Joseph.
