Summer theater camp will focus on fun
The Jewelbox Theatre, Ocean Township, is accepting registration for its summer theater camp. The camp is designed for children ages 7-16 who are not ready to "go professional," but are looking for the chance to get up on stage and have some fun. The sessions will cover all facets of acting, with a focus on theater games, improvisation and some scene study. The one-week camp for ages 7-11 will be held July 17-21; for ages 12-16, camp will be held July 24-28. The cost is $175 per week and will run from 2-5 p.m. each day.
