Howell’s Easter egg hunt was a winner

Howell Parks and Recreation, Building and Grounds Department, had weather on its side for its annual Easter egg hunt held recently.

Approximately 550 children, ages 2-7, collected eggs and met the Easter Bunny at Oak Glen Park under bright, sunny skies. Every child left with a prize and a smile. Helene Schlegel, director, credits its success to program coordinator Patricia Allen and her staff.

The Golden Egg winners for children ages 2-3 were John Antonides, Brian Coakley, Katherine Russo and Brett Zajac. The winners for ages 4-5 were Brian Flynn, Robert Casini, Emily Cofrancisco and Karra Osler; and for ages 6-7, Matthew Milich, Brianne Glennon, Anami Patel and Alex Zoubra.
